Redesigning Deccan AI for Clarity & Conversion
Overview
Deccan AI is an AI development solutions company specializing in high-quality, human-curated data to train and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs). Their services span data annotation, AI-first scaled operations, and human-in-the-loop systems to help businesses build reliable, efficient AI products.
As the sole UX/UI designer, I led the end-to-end design of their marketing website, from early wireframes to the final user interface, crafting a clear and compelling digital presence that reflects their expertise and value in the AI space.
Challenges
As the sole designer on the project, I was tasked with completely revamping Deccan AI’s website, including both UX and UI, within a tight 30-day timeline. The challenge was to deliver a clear, professional, and scalable design that effectively communicated the company’s complex AI offerings, all while working independently and meeting a fast-approaching deadline.

Competitive Analysis
To ensure the redesigned website positioned Deccan AI effectively within the AI solutions space, I conducted a competitive analysis focusing on two key players: Scale AI and Toloka.
Scale AI showcases enterprise-level credibility with a sleek, technical design and strong brand storytelling.
Toloka focuses on human-in-the-loop solutions with a clean, accessible interface.
These insights guided the design direction: keep it minimal, clearly communicate complex services, and focus on building trust and driving conversions.
